T – 30 combines 7 of the most beneficial endurance supplements, plus other synergistic ingredients, into one revolutionary supplement.  To equal the benefits of T – 30, you would need to take 9 different supplements.  While all our products are formulated with endurance and ultra-endurance athletes in mind, T – 30 would be great for all types of athletes.  T – 30 will take your performance to another level.

T – 30 is NOT just an endurance supplement!  The ingredients in T – 30 will beat ANY other pre-workout on the market.  Compare the ingredients in your pre-workout to T – 30.

CrossFit athletes, bodybuilders, and other explosive athletes are seeing tremendous results after replacing their previous pre-workout with T – 30.

Suggested Use: Take 1 serving daily, even on non-training days during your training season.  On training days, take T – 30 thirty minutes before exercise.  On non-training days, it is best taken early in your day and can be split into two doses.  Taking ½ of a serving on non-training days is fine, but results may be slightly diminished.  For optimal results, take a full serving every day.

Research shows that the ingredients in T – 30 are most beneficial when taken daily.  If not taken for at least four weeks, results will be minimal.  Ideally, T – 30 should be taken for at least three months leading up to a competition.  You may stop taking T – 30 during extended periods of recovery or your off-season.

For extended duration events of 16 hours or longer, see our fueling guide.

T – 30 is a great product. I am 67 and a retired nurse and I love to walk. No, I am not an ultra runner but you should know that T – 30 while focusing on endurance sports has increased my performance during my daily walk. I am more focused and am noticing a difference in my energy level. I also love that it’s ingredients are all natural and vegan.

Thank you, Cynthia! We are so glad T-30 is helping you. While T-30 was formulated with endurance athletes in mind, the ingredients should help with various goals and pursuits. On the other hand, Terminus is a high-calorie recovery formula designed specifically for endurance athletes frequently engaging in exhaustive exercise. For this reason, we wouldn’t recommend Terminus to you. Additionally, we always recommend checking in with your doctor if you have any chronic conditions or if you’re taking any prescription medication before taking any of our (or anyone else’s) supplements. Thank you again for your review, and feel free to reach out anytime for any reason!

Like the vegan formula. Seems to help with my breathing. Less exhaustion when I’m done. I will be reordering

T-30 is a great performance product. It mixes smooth, tastes great and definitely keeps you pushing harder and farther. I don’t feel exhausted when I have completed my workout. Great product and I love the fact it’s made in the USA!! 🇺🇸

    • Admin

That is great to hear! We are pumped that T-30 is helping you push yourself harder and farther; it was made to do just that! It will always be made in the USA!

  4. Jordon Ward (verified owner)

Definitely an essential part of my training now! My main focus is CrossFit and I can see a difference in my performance in workouts compared to before T-30. I’m breathing easier through longer workouts and able to push harder. Great product!

    • Admin

Yes! Explosive athletes, like CrossFit athletes, can definitely benefit tremendously from T-30, especially when taken for extended periods. We are excited to see athletes of varying disciplines trying (and loving) T-30. Thank you, Jordan. We appreciate you!

I am extremely particular about my health and fitness, so this topic is very important to me. My workouts vary from running, HIIT, and weight workouts, and I train 1-1 1/2 hours per day, 6 days a week; and the amount of vigor and stamina this product gave me makes me wonder how I did my previous workouts with out it. My husband even noticed a difference in his performance. I will most certainly recommend for any athlete who is actually serious about getting results. Definitely ordering again and can’t wait to see what other products you come up with! I’m sold.

    • Admin

Thank you so much for the amazing review! With your high workout volume it’s no surprise that T-30 works so well for you! We are glad you and your husband like it, and please let us know if there’s anything we can do for you. We are pretty excited about our future products as well… 😉 Thanks again.

I have loved using T-30! I typically got my daily supplements in the form of a pill so wasn’t too sure how the liquid form would work. Verdict: tastes good and makes me feel the effects even better when running since they are all focused around endurance performance! This product has made me more concentrated in runs and workouts and even able to work harder at a lower heart rate. I have also noticed my breath to be easily regulated and controlled. i believe these all work in a combination that is due to T-30, super cool!

    • Admin

It’s great to see high caliber endurance athletes like yourself benefiting so much from T-30! T-30 is a supplement that focuses on long-term and sustainable results. You will continue to see even more improvements to endurance, recovery, and the psychological aspects of endurance training with consistent use! Thanks for your review!

I am loving T-30! I’m not an ultra runner but have recently started adding more miles on to my long runs and focusing on more intense cross training. Previously I’d have a hard time getting through a workout, by 1/2 or 3/4 of the way through I’d be lightheaded, dizzy and feeling pretty sick. Since starting T-30 I’ve not had any of those issues and am able to continue pushing myself through the end of my workouts. I’ll definitely be reordering (and telling all my friends)!

    • Admin

Thank you for the review, Tasha! Definitely no ultra-running required to reap the benefits of T-30! It is tremendously helpful for all athletes. High intensity, explosive, power, and endurance athletes alike are all saying the same thing. It WORKS. Thank you for your business. Please reach out if you need anything.

Several weeks after starting T-30 the benefits really started taking shape. As an ultra athlete I saw incredible gains in sustainable energy, my breathing has improved, optimizing available oxygen, one huge benefit is my HR, it’s been consistently lower even during strenuous training. And one of the best things for me is increased mental clarity and faster recovery. T-30 is a superior product in every sense of the word!

    • Chase Hammond

Appreciate the review, Troy. I love that you noted that your big results started coming “several weeks after” you started taking T-30. Some expect to see massive benefits on the first day with supplements, but that’s just not how any sustainable supplement formula typically works. T-30 is all about long-term, sustainable, and permanent results. If taken every day, for the long haul, the results are undeniable and unmatched…especially for an ultra-athlete like yourself. Happy training!

I started using T-30 and Terminus a few months ago and it has been a game changer in my running. Before I started using it I felt like I struggled to make though any sort of long run and never looked forward to doing them. Once I started T-30 longs run became so easy! My endurance has changed exponentially! This product really has changed my life! I no longer dread having to do long runs but instead embrace them and can’t wait to get out for one.
Terminus is hands down the best recovery I have tried! I did my first half marathon without it and felt like my body was just missing something and I just felt really sluggish all day. My second half marathon I used Terminus afterwards and I felt a HUGE difference between the two races. When using Terminus I felt like my body come back life and I no longer felt sluggish! The Cinnamon Toast Crunch taste is amazing! I will never do any long runs if I can’t have this with me when I get done!

What Makes T - 30 So Beneficial?

Learn More About The Ingredients

While caffeine would prove synergistic with T - 30, preference of quantity and caffeine sensitivity vary dramatically.  Some also find it beneficial to taper off or completely abstain from caffeine leading up to an event to increase sensitivity.  This strategy may be especially useful in preparation for events requiring sleep deprivation.  Finally, caffeine is a simple, cheap addition that anyone can incorporate on their own terms.  Therefore, we have opted to not include caffeine in T - 30.

Studies have shown that the consumption of BCAAs prior to prolonged exercise delays cognitive fatigue.  BCAAs are also critical in the prevention of muscle catabolism. Additionally, consuming BCAAs promotes protein synthesis when protein is insufficient. While most BCAAs are made with less than desirable ingredients (animal fur/hair, duck feathers, and human hair), T - 30 contains higher quality vegan BCAAs.

Citrulline Malate

Citrulline malate is proven to increase nitric oxide (NO) in the body. Higher NO levels improve aerobic performance and blood flow. They also enhance muscle recovery and lead to more efficient energy production.

N-acetylcysteine (NAC)

NAC has been shown to increase nitric oxide production. NAC is synergistic when combined with citrulline malate, further improving blood flow.

Beta-alanine is one of the most studied dietary supplements on the market.  Consistent use of beta-alanine has been shown to increase endurance exercise performance, delay fatigue, and allow for increased training volume.

Research shows that taurine increases endurance exercise performance. Furthermore, taurine increases fat oxidation during aerobic exercise.

The vast majority of people do not consume enough choline in their diets. Endurance athletes are particularly susceptible to choline deficiency, which negatively impacts performance.

Calcium HMB is exceptionally effective at preventing muscle breakdown. This prevents unnecessary muscle loss and improves recovery times.

Rhodiola is an adaptogenic herb that increases energy and significantly reduces fatigue and exhaustion during long periods of exercise. Research indicates that it also improves cognitive function as a result of fatigue reduction. Rhodiola also aids in cortisol regulation.

Ashwagandha is also an adaptogenic herb. It has been shown to improve glucose metabolism, increase VO2 max, improve muscle recovery, reduce fatigue, and significantly reduce cortisol levels. T - 30 uses vegan KSM-66 ashwagandha, the highest quality, most-concentrated, and most studied extract available. For more information, please visit ksm66ashwagandhaa.com.
