All runs will take place on the Switchgrass Mountain Bike Trail at Wilson State Park. The 100 has the most elevation gain and loss of any 100-miler in Kansas! If you’re looking for a challenging course in the “flatlands” you’ve found it. The trail is easy-to-follow, rugged, single-track with very few trees/wooded areas. Beautiful views of Wilson State Park and Wilson Lake are abundant.

Start times:

100 miler – 6:00 AM Saturday, September 28, 2024
100k – 7:00 AM Saturday, September 28, 2024

The course is heavily marked with ribbons and wrong-way signs. It is very easy to follow. Getting off course shouldn’t be an issue.

There are restrooms at the start and finish, with porta-potties at Hell Hill aid station. There are hot showers open year-round at the start/finish & Big Bluestem Campground, which is about ¾ mile from the start/finish.

At the aid stations, Proxima C will be the featured electrolyte/carbohydrate drink. There will also be typical aid station items available.

Mile 90 will be there all day Saturday to capture all the highs and lows.  All pictures are available for FREE to download within 1-2 weeks of the race.
