Cancellation Policy

Sorry, once your checkout has been completed, orders are no longer able to be canceled. This is because our goal is to get orders to you as soon as possible.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If for some reason your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will need to contact the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our facility.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be calculated at checkout depending on your location.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Stripe.

What if my payment is declined?

Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account and that your shipping and billing addresses match.  If you require further assistance, please contact your bank or credit card company.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, you can return within 30 days of your purchase. If you would like to return a product, please contact [email protected] to begin the return process. Additionally, returns are only accepted on purchases from our website. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please keep in mind that many of our products require weeks of use to achieve optimal benefits. We are very confident that you will see results if you take them as recommended.
Apparel and merchandise cannot be returned.

Shipping

We currently only ship our products to locations within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. You will be held responsible for re-shipping charges if your package is returned undeliverable. If you entered the wrong address, you will not receive a refund on your purchase.
Products are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Depending on the time of the order, we strive to ship your order on the same business day.
Orders over $100 (before tax and shipping, and after any applicable discounts) will ship for free.

Are Ultraverse Supplements only for ultra-endurance athletes?

Our products are specifically designed for ultra-endurance athletes.  However, we believe they are the best on the market for conventional endurance athletes as well.  Any endurance athlete looking to achieve optimal performance can benefit from our supplements.  Many of our products would likely benefit other athletes as well.  Additionally, some of our products may be beneficial for non-athletes.
